The program includes baseline and follow-up microbiome testing (two total analyses) to assess gut composition and monitor changes over time, guiding personalized interventions throughout the 12-month pathway.

Nutrition Protocol

Patients receive a structured, evidence-informed nutrition plan built on low-FODMAP and microbiome-supportive strategies, designed to promote symptom relief while encouraging sustainable dietary habits.

Tailored Supplement

Each participant receives a customized supplement regimen tailored to their microbiome results and symptom profile, with all recommended modulation supplements included and delivered directly to the patient’s home.

Symptom & Lifestyle Tracking
